Account, family, or data problem
Open Settings, then Help & Support, and include the on-screen diagnostic ID if one appears. Never send your Apple password or an App Store receipt in a message.
Subscription or refund
Use Restore Purchases for a missing entitlement. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
Privacy or deletion
Use Delete Account in Avopet settings. If the cleanup screen reports a problem, retry it before contacting support.
